Goals
Proposing entity: International Food Waste Coalition (IFWC)
COMBINE aims at combining different types of interventions to reduce consumer food waste and evaluate potential synergies. The following combinations are considered:
- combining different types of interventions (e.g. training/education, social norms, nudges)
- combining interventions across settings (respectively school and home for children and workplace canteen and home for adults)
Globally COMBINE aims to build trust and establish collaboration between stakeholders, scientists and consumers, decision makers, municipal authorities, grassroots movements and local associations to reduce consumer FW and improve the efficiency of the food supply chain.
