Bio note
Regina Leite is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the University of Minho, School of Economics, Management, and Political Science, and an integrated researcher at CICS.NOVA.UMinho - Interdisciplinary Centre of Social Sciences. Her current research interests include gender issues, moral and sexual harassment, and privacy in the workplace. She has co-authored articles and book chapters in organizational behavior and human resource management, and has participated in numerous national and international conferences and other scientific meetings. Former director of the Master’s in Health Care Units Management (2011-2013) and Master’s in Human Resources Management (2014-2019), she is currently a member of the steering committee of the latter.
