Bio note

I hold a PhD in Marketing and Strategy, and my research focuses on topics such as brand authenticity, value co-creation, customer experience, and customer engagement. I have a particular interest in understanding how consumers develop meaningful relationships with brands and in exploring how companies can design experiences that foster loyalty and value co-creation. I am co-author of articles published in the Journal of Brand Management, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, Journal of Business Economics and Management, British Journal of Educational Technology, Transport Policy, Biological Conservation, and the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. My research primarily employs quantitative methods, with a strong focus on practical relevance and managerial implications. I have also collaborated with companies and organisations on applied projects, contributing to the generation and dissemination of knowledge. I teach in the areas of marketing, research methodology, marketing research, and quantitative data analysis at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels.
