Gina Gaio Santos is an Assistant Professor with Habilitation at the School of Economics and Management, University of Minho, Portugal, where she completed her PhD in Management. Her research interests are in careers, employment relations, and work-life balance. She has published in outlets such as The International Journal of Human Resource Management and Gender, Work & Organization.
