Emília Fernandes has a PhD in Business Sciences from the University of Minho, is an assistant professor at the School of Economics and Management at the same university, and a permanent researcher at CICS.Nova.Uminho. Her research and publications have focused on gender, entrepreneurship, identity and resistance practices; sustainability; and diversity management.
