Bio note
Psychologist from the University of Coimbra, MBA from Porto Business School, Master's in Management from the University of Porto and PhD in Organisational Psychology from the University of Minho. She is the author of several publications, including book chapters and articles, published in Portugal and abroad. Her research interests focus on Employment Relations (Creativity and Innovation and Work Engagement) and Human Resources Psychology (Training Evaluation and Knowledge Transfer). She is currently Director of the Master's Degree in Work and Organisational Psychology and Assistant Professor at the School of Psychology of the University of Minho. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses and has coordinated and/or participated in research projects. She is a member of CICS.NOVA.UMinho.
