Nuno Boavida is a specialist working in the intersection of technology and work. The integrated researcher of CICS.NOVA is currently the leader of the European project CROWDWORK (running from 2019 to 2021) that aims to find new strategies to organize workers of digital platforms in the Gig economy. At CICS.NOVA, he is also the Deputy-Director of the Observatory of Technology Assessment and a member of the Laboratory of Ideas (LABID). In the past, Nuno Boavida worked on research projects related to innovation indicators, technology assessment and labour studies, and had significant experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
