Isabel Alexandra Joaquina Ramos is an Assistant Professor at Landscape, Environment and Planning Department of the School of Sciences and Technology of University of Évora, Portugal. Since 1993 teaches at University of Évora subjects related with landscape and land use planning, in their different perspectives and intervention scales, to different Bachelor, Master and PhD programmes, with an integrated and transdisciplinary approach in order to design sustainable development strategies. Is author of several publications and has coordinated and participated in different investigation activities. Moreover, has supervised several bachelor, master and PhD thesis.
