Nuno Pena is a Senior Business Development Executive, Assistant Professor, and Researcher in areas of Corporate Learning, Digital Learning, Change Management and Knowledge Transfer.  Specialized in Digital Learning, Instructional Design for Adult Learning, Complex Learning, SPOC's, MOOC's, Assessment of Effectiveness of Learning Programs (multi-dimensions) and Learning Analytics. Post-Doctorate and Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Information Management, MEd Digital Education, PGCE in Education, BPhil in Philosophy and EMBA.
