Cristina Maria Pinto Albuquerque is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Coimbra. She has a PhD, since 2004, by the Faculty of Letters of the Université de Friborg in the Field of Specialization in Social Work and Social Policies (Departement de Sociologie, Travail Social et Politiques Sociales), and currently she is the student’s ombudsman and a teacher in the areas of Public Policy / Social Policy, Ethics and Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Coimbra (since 2005). She holds a post-PhD in Social and Political Philosophy (2016) from the Université Paris Descartes / Sorbonne Paris Cité and holds the position of Member of the Bureau of the Research Committee on “Intervention and Politique Sociale” of the Association Internationale des Sociologues de Langue Française (AISLF).
